First time use only: Pour entire contents of ONE engine lubricant

bottle into oil fill hole using the funnel provided.
LUBRICANT Later uses: Check engine lubricant level and add lubricant if needed.

2 Pour fresh gasoline into the fuel tank.

3 1 GALLON Slowly press the PRIMER BULB 10x or until fuel appears.

SET choke lever to FULL choke.

SET throttle/cruise control lever to IDLE.

Pull starter grip and rope handle until engine attempts to start
(4X max.)

SET choke lever to HALF choke.
8 Pull starter grip and rope until engine starts (6X max.)
NOTE: If the unit has not started, return to step 3.

Allow the engine to warm for 10 seconds, SET choke lever to
RUN.
TO STOP:

PRESS and HOLD stop switch until engine stops.
TO RESTART A WARM ENGINE:
If the engine/unit is already hot:
SET choke lever to RUN.
Set the throttle/cruise lever to IDLE. Do not squeeze the throttle
to start a hot engine.
Pull starter grip and rope until engine starts (6X max.)
ENGINE STARTING PROCEDURE
NOTICE: Do not use E15 or E85 fuel
(or fuel containing greater than 10%
ethanol) in this product. It is a violation
of federal law and will damage
the unit and void your warranty.
