MAINTENANCE
Failure to observe the instruc-
tions given below can caus e
problems and render the war-
ranty on the machinery supplied
invalid.
Clean the machine periodically,
on a daily or weekly basis as
indicated under "OPERATION".
Check the state of wear of the
components periodically and re-
place if necessary.
For all maintenance operations
described in this manual:
- close the valve under the silo
or hopper
- empty the machine
- DISCONNECT THE POW ER
SUPPLY TO THE ELECTRIC
MOTOR.
- Repeat the sequence of dis-
assembly and reassembly op-
erations described above.
- Clean the inside of the body
thoroughly.
- Clean the inner part of the un-
loading s ide end plate thor-
oughly.
AT THE END OF EVERY OPERA-
TION, MAKE SURE THE SAFETY
SCREWS ARE LOCKED TIGHT.

Wenn die folgenden Anweisun-
gen nicht beachtet werden, kann
es zu Problemen kommen und die
auf die Maschine geleistete Ga-
rantie verfallen.
Die Maschine regelmäßig täglich
bzw. wöchentlich reinigen, so
wie es im Abschnitt „FUNKTI-
ONSWEISE" beschrieben ist.
Regelmäßig den Zus tand der
Verschleißteile prüfen und die-
se ggfls. ersetzen.
Für alle im weiteren beschriebe-
nen W artungsarbeiten folgende
Vorbereitungen treffen:
- die Silo-Asperrklappe schlie-
ßen.
- Maschine entleeren.
- DIE STROMVERSORGUNG
ZUM ELEKTROMOTOR UNTER-
BRECHEN.
- Die weiter oben beschriebene
Sequenz der Aus bau- und
W iedereinbauvorgänge wie-
derholen.
- Das Innere des Gehäuses
sorgfältig reinigen.
- Den Innenteil der Endplatte auf
der Austragsseite sorgf ältig
reinigen.
AM ENDE JEDES VORGANGS
SICHERSTELLEN, DASS DIE SI-
CHERHEITSSCHRAUBEN FEST
ANGEZOGEN SIND.
ENTRETIEN
Le non-respect des consignes
ci-dessous peut provoquer des
dysfonctionnements ainsi que
l'expiration de la garantie sur les
machines fournies.
Effectuer les nettoyages régu-
lièrement, chaque jour ou cha-
que s emaine, comme indiqué
dans le chapitre "FONCTIONNE-
MENT".
Contrôler périodiquement l'état
des pièces d'usure et si néces-
saire les remplacer.
Pour toutes les opérations d'en-
tretien décrites ci-dessus:
- fermer la vanne sous le silo.
- vider la machine.
- METTRE LE MOTEUR ELECTRI-
QUE HORS TENSION.
- Répéter la séquence des opé-
rations de démontage et de re-
montage décrites précédem-
ment.
- Nettoyer soigneusement l'inté-
rieur du corps.
- Nettoyer avec soin la partie in-
terne de la plaque d'extrémité
côté déchargement.
A LA FIN DE CHAQUE OPÉRA-
TION CONTROLER LE SERRAGE
DES VIS DE SURETÉ.

MANUTENZIONE
Il non attenersi strettamente alle
seguenti istruzioni può causare
dei problemi ed invalidare la ga-
ranzia sulle macchine fornite.
Effettuare le pulizie periodiche
giornaliere e settimanali come in-
dicato in " FUNZIONAMENTO."
Controllare periodic amente lo
stato dei componenti di usura e
se necessario sostituirli.
Per tutte le operazioni di manu-
tenzione avanti descritte:
- chiudere la valvola sottosilo
- vuotare la macchina.
- STACCARE L'ALIMENTAZIONE
AL MOTORE ELETTRICO.
Ripetere la sequenza di opera-
zioni di smontaggio e rimonta-
ggio descritte in precedenza.
- Pulire accuratamente l'interno
del corpo.
- Pulire accuratamente la parte
interne della piastra d'estremità
lato scarico.
ALLA FINE DI OGNI OPERAZIO-
NE ACCERTARSI DEL SERRAG-
GIO DELLE VITI DI SICUREZZA.
