A. Understand How Wall Plate Affects Teton HD The most common installation for the Teton HD is in combination with the Winegard Wall Plate which has a built-in amplifier that is controlled by a simple On / Off switch. When the power is turned On, then the Wall Plate amplifies the Teton HD antenna and also routes the signal through the over-the-air antenna. -
