Instructions
Mix and rub chicken ingredients well. Put it in the
microwave oven. Select this menu in autocook and press
a START button. When the beeps, take out it. Add all the
sauce ingredients and form a smooth paste. Then pour
the sauce and vegetables into the chicken, mix well.
Put it in the microwave oven and press a START button
again. After cooking, take out and sprinkle with spring
onion and cashew to serve.

Light soy sauce 2 tbsp., Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp., White vinegar 2 tbsp., Water
