Water- and solvent-based paints, fnishes, primers, 2-component paints, clear fnishes,
automotive fnishes, staining sealers and wood sealer-preservatives.
Coating Materials Not Suitable for Use
Wall paints (emulsion paints) etc., alkali and acidic paints. Coating materials with a fash
point below 55°C.
Preparation of the Coating Material
The enclosed spray attachment can be used to spray paints, varnishes and glazes that
are undiluted or slightly diluted.
1. Stir the material up and put the required amount into the paint container.

I have setup as per direction s however it is not spraying
The JS-HH15A spray gun may not be spraying due to several possible reasons:
1. Incorrect Suction Tube Position – Ensure the suction tube is properly aligned. If spraying overhead, turn the tube rearwards; if spraying on a flat surface, turn it forwards.
2. Thick Paint or Clogged Nozzle – If the material is too thick, dilute it by 5-10% step-by-step until the flow rate meets requirements.
3. Low Convey Capacity – If the spray output is too low, gradually add dilution to improve flow.
4. Power Supply Issue – Ensure the mains supply voltage matches the rating plate (230-240V).
5. Blocked or Dirty Components – Clean the spray nozzle and suction tube to remove any obstructions.
