Possible solution
Check if the microSD card has
enough free space
The size of recorded video is
too big. Please note that the
higher size and class of mic-
roSD card, the longer time of
recording. It is also recommen-
ded to format the microSD card
before using.
The previewed file may had
been broken during saving.
Please format the microSD card
before using.
Check if the lens is dirty. If so,
clean it with soft cloth
Press Reset button to restore
factory settings and restart the
device
