Maintenance

Perform the following procedures once a shift or as

required.

NOTE: If material is leaking, see Troubleshooting on

page 22.

Material Reservoirs

Check material levels and refill as necessary. Ensure

that the material reservoirs are vented properly. (Dry Air,

Nitrogen, etc.)

Air Dryer

Check the condition of the desiccant air dryer.

Spool Valve Ports

Fill with compatible lubricant such as mesamoll or sili-

cone oil. See F

. 8 on page 18.

Ratio Check

See Ratio Check on page 16.
