Figure 4. Quick Release Skewer
Note: There are some slight variances in the instructions for the Standard
model and the PRO model. Be sure to follow the set of instructions that
correspond with your model to avoid improper assembly.
Standard Model
a. Turn the knob on the brakes into an upward position to unlock them and make
room for the front wheel.
b. If the brake pads still won't clear the wheel, use your 5mm allen key to losen the
bolt holding your brake pads together. Slide the wheel in, then pinch the brakes to
close them, pull the cable tight, and re-tighten the bolt.

3. Position the wheel between both of the forks. Rest the forks on the wheel so that
the axle fits in the slots as shown below.
Standard Model: Don't forget to lock the brakes by turning the knob into
the down/locked position, or by completing step "b." on the previous page if you
had to fully loosen the brakes to fit the wheel.

The steps outlined on the following page are extremely important! Riding
with an improperly secured wheel can cause serious injury or death. If
you can't safely complete these steps, please take your eBike into a bike
shop for professional assistance.
