LASER ALIGNMENT

This digital level features a laser diode located in the laser pulling head
(3) at the right of the level. It can project a reference laser line along the
wall. The laser line is aligned with the horizontal vial and the working
base.
To turn the laser on see Figure 9 and 10.
1. Push the lock button (1) with your thumb.
2. At the same time, pull the panel (2) with your forefinger to lead the
laser head to the lowest place (as shown in Figures 9 and 10). The
second image shows the laser head (3) in the open position.
PROJECTING A LASER ON THE WALL
1. Put the digital level on the wall.
2. Align the laser to the desired position, and move one side of the
level up or down until the bubble in the horizontal vial is centered.
You can make some alignments with the laser.

Maintenance

This digital level has been designed to be a low maintenance tool. However, in order to maintain its performance, you
must always follow these simple directions. Careful use and maintenance will extend the digital level's useful life and
prolong its accuracy.

ALWAYS handle the tool with care. Treat it as an optical device, such as a camera or binoculars.
□
AVOID exposing the tool to shock, continuous vibration, or extreme hot or cold temperatures.
□
ALWAYS store the tool indoors.
□
The level is weather- and water-resistant. If the level is splashed with mortar or other construction-site residue,
simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the level in water.
□
Aluminum surfaces can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaning powder.
□
Check the batteries regularly to avoid deterioration. ALWAYS remove the batteries from the tool if it is not going
to be used for an extended period of time.
□
Store the level away from extreme temperatures below 20°F (-6°C) or higher than 140°F (60°C).
□
DO NOT disassemble the digital level.
