Switching Off


If you do not weigh any object, the scale automatically turns off after
approximately 60 seconds.

When pressing the ON/OFF/TARE button (2) for 2 seconds, the scale
will turn off immediately.

Weighing

1. To turn on the kitchen scale, press the ON/OFF/TARE button (2).
2. Place the object or the food you
want to weight on the weighing
platform. The weight will be
displayed.
3. If you have to use a bowl for
weighing (you want to weight
liquid food or powder) and you want to subtract the weight of the bowl
from the weight of the food, use the Tare Function (see chapter Tare
Function).

Tare Function

1. Switch on the scale, weigh the bowl and leave the scale on.
2. Press the ON/OFF/TARE button (2) to reset the display to 0 (zero). On
the left side of the display the word TARE or O (a circle) will be
displayed.
TARE will appear if the weight of the bowl is more than 100 g,
(a circle) will appear, if the bowl is less than 100 g.
