    first time use PLEASE CHARGE THE UNIT FULLY, when you use the unit for the first time or unused for long periods of time. The Charging Indicator lights up red while charging. It will turn off when the unit is fully charged.

  • Page 16 • When an AUX IN cable is connected with the unit, it will switch the source to AUX IN mode automatically, even if you are listening to music via Bluetooth connection. (Bluetooth is still connected) • If the unit is connected with a mobile device via Bluetooth connection, you can still use the unit to receive a phone call while an AUX IN cable is connected.

If no connection is detected via AUX IN or Bluetooth within 3 minutes, the unit will switch off automatically.

    adjusting the volume • Press the VOL + / – Button to adjust the volume. • In AUX IN mode, press the Button to mute the speaker. Press the Button to resume. • A two beep audible warning sounds when the volume is adjusted to its minimum or maximum level.

    to play / pause playback In Bluetooth mode: • Press the Button to start or pause playback. • When playback is paused, press the Button to resume playback. If the connected Bluetooth device supports Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), you can listen to the music stored on the device through the player.

    bluetooth operation The unit has a Bluetooth function that can receive a signal within 8 metres. Pair the unit with a Bluetooth device to listen to music: 1. Switch on the unit. 2. The unit will enter Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth indicator will flash green and red alternately.
  • Page 21 3. Activate your Bluetooth device and select the search mode. 4. “iPBTS14” will appear on your Bluetooth device. 5. Select “iPBTS14” and enter “0000” for the password if necessary. You will hear “beep” once. The Bluetooth indicator will light up orange, and flash every 5 seconds.
