11) Heart Rate Control (HRC)
DEFAULT is the default parameter value for the heart rate display (default display).
HP1 only controls the incline,
HP2 only controls the speed and
HP3 controls both incline and speed.
Adjustable heart rate range from minimum to maximum, see table on the following page.
The training time for heart rate control is set to 22 minutes.
In standby mode, press the PROGRAM button continuously until "HP1 / HP2 / HP3" (heart rate
control program) is displayed in the speed window. The display shows „Distance" and the default
age and flashes.
Press the SPEED +/- or INCLINE +/- button to adjust the age.
The heart rate target value corresponding to the age is shown in the display. After adjusting the
age, if you think the system's default target heart rate is not suitable, you can press the MODE but-
ton to switch to the target heart rate adjustment. The heart rate window will now flash.
Press the SPEED +/- or INCLINE +/- button to adjust the target heart rate.
Note: If you press the START button just below the HP1 / HP2 / HP3 display surface, the system will
automatically recommend a heart rate control parameter to users (the parameters are as follows): The
maximum operating speed of the "HP1" program is 8.0 km / h and the age 30 years. The standard tar-
get heart rate is 150 beats / min.
The maximum operating speed of the „HP2" program is 9.0 km / h and the age is 30 years. The
standard target heart rate is 160 beats / min.
The maximum operating speed of the „HP3" program is 10.0 km / h and the age is 30 years. The
standard target heart rate is 170 beats / min.
When you press the PROGRAM button to enter the age setting, the removal window will display
the default age of 30 years. Users can select their own suitable age by pressing the SPEED +/-
button or the INCLINE +/- button.
The age setting range is between 15 and 80 years
