4.1.4 Load

- Define options for attaching the load and prepare
lifting tackle, Image 4.
- Suspend the hoist device with suitable lifting tackle
so it can adjust freely in the direction of the tension,
Image 5, left.
- Slide the anchor bolts into the casing slot.
- Secure it properly by rotating it twice by 180°.
- When using textile slings, use swivel hooks and se-
cure load bolts with a lynch pin, Image 5, above.

4.1.5 Traction rope

- Unwinding and winding up the rope must be done
properly according to ISO 4309.

- Uncoil the rope from the winch by turning the
winch. Image 6
- Securely attach the load hook on the pull rope using
appropriate lifting tackle.
