CARE AND CLEANING

1. Unplug the Egg Bite Maker and allow it to cool.
2. Wipe the Heating Plates with a cloth dampened with warm soapy
water. DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT AND DO NOT RUN WATER
DIRECTLY ONTO THE COOKING PLATES.
3. Clean the Egg Cups by washing in warm soapy water with a sponge
or cloth.
4. Dry the Heating Plates and the Egg Cups with a cloth or paper
towel.
5. DO NOT use steel wool pads or other abrasive cleansers on the
Heating Plates or the Egg Cups as they may damage the non-stick
coating.
6. Wipe the outside of the Egg Bite Maker with a soft cloth dampened
in warm soapy
7. Rinse by wiping with a dampened clean cloth. Dry.
8. All servicing, other than cleaning, should be performed by an
authorized service representative.
RECIPES
Cheddar and Broccoli Egg Bites
5 eggs
2 tbsp.(30 ml) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly ground pepper
2 florets cooked broccoli
Whisk eggs, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper until well combined. Cut
broccoli florets into small pieces and place in bottom of Egg Cups. Pour
egg mixture into Egg Cups until they are ¾ full. Makes approximately
8-10 Egg Bites.
Tomato Basil Egg Bites
5 eggs
3 leaves fresh basil (coarsely chopped)
¼ (60 ml) cup finely diced tomatoes
2 tbsp.(30 ml) crumbled feta cheese
Whisk eggs, basil, tomatoes and feta until well combined. Pour egg
mixture into egg cups, one at a time until Egg Cups are ¾ full. Gently
stirring egg mixture before filling each Egg Cup ensures ingredients are
evenly distributed between Egg Bites. Makes approximately 8-10 Egg
Bites.
