- Page 4 HOW TO USE The use of oil, butter or cooking spray is optional. Your Egg Cups have a non-stick surface to ensure easy release of Egg Bites once cooked. Should you find your Egg Bites do not release easily from the Egg Cups you may add oil or cooking spray inside each Egg Cup before filling with egg mixture.
