- Page 5 5. SETTING UP THE DEVICE 5.1. INSTALLATION 1. Make sure that all safety elements are taken out of the oven 2. WARNING: make sure that the oven is not damaged, that the door is installed correctly and not bent, that door seals and other seals are not damaged, that hinges and locks are not loose or broken and that inside and outside of the door is not damaged or has no dents or cracks.
- Page 6 3. During cooking food products should be covered. The lid will protect the oven from any spillage and also helps the food to heat up more evenly. 4. In order to facilitate processing of such foods as chicken or burgers turn them over while cooking. Large portions of food such as roast must be turned over at least once.
- Page 7 7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 1. Before cleaning the device turn it off and unplug it from the source of electricity. 2. The inside of the device should be kept clean. In case the walls are sprayed with food or the product overflows, wipe it with damp cloth.
