One side of the Rize adjustable bed may not be working despite the lights being lit on the control box due to an issue with the pairing cable connections. Ensure that the pairing cord is properly connected to both bases and that the remote control cord is plugged into the control input side of the pairing cord. Also, check that the cords are not interfering with any bed operations. If the issue persists, it may require further troubleshooting or professional service.
