Description
Information
• Suguden will not operate in the following cases:
- When using the speaker
- When using the earphone/headset
- When connected with a Bluetooth device with calling function
- When a call is made/a call is received during a call
- When you are lying down
- When you are running
• If you place the terminal in a bag or pocket with the screen ON while
there is an incoming call, in rare cases, Suguden may recognize the
action as a motion and answer or end the call.
• The proximity sensor is less responsive to black objects.
(When answering) If you are placing the receiver on your ear with your
hair in between, the proximity sensor may not work correctly preventing
you from answering the call. In such case, place the receiver directly
on your ear.
• (When ending/rejecting) The sensor may not react (i.e. end/reject the
call) correctly when you flip the terminal on a black desk, etc. In such
a case, do not place the terminal directly on the desk. Flip the terminal
around approx. 1 cm above the desk surface for correct sensor
reaction (i.e. end/reject the call).
• If a motion is detected after enabling the call ending function of
Suguden, the call will be ended in the following cases:
- When the other party is on hold
- When the voice memo is active (playing the answering message/
recording the voice memo)
• "Call" is only available on the Home screen or lock screen.
• Suguden does not support video calls. Video calls are only supported
by the "Hide the name when receiving" function.
• The "Hide the name when receiving" function supports the incoming
call screen. It is not supported in the incoming call pop-up while an app is
running.
