1 Safety Safety General safety instructions Danger This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

If a condensate neutralisation system is used, the system must be cleaned regularly in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Caution Do not touch the flue gas pipes. Depending on the boiler settings, the temperature of the flue gas pipes can rise to over 60°C.

3 Description of the product You can navigate from any menu to the home screen by pressing the back button for several seconds. The tiles on the home screen provide quick access to the corresponding menus. Use the rotary knob to navigate to the menu of your choice and press the button to confirm the selection.

4 Operation Operation General Commissioning the boiler is done for first time use, after a prolonged shut- down (more than 28 days) or after any event that would require complete re-installation of the boiler. Commissioning of the boiler allows the user to review the various settings and checks to be made to start up the boiler in complete safety.
4 Operation Frost protection Caution Drain the boiler and central heating system if you are not going to use your home or the building for a long time and there is a chance of frost. The frost protection does not work if the boiler is out of operation.

5 Settings Activating holiday programs for all zones If you go on holiday, the room temperature and domestic hot water temperature can be reduced to save energy. With the following procedure you can activate the holiday mode for all zones and domestic hot water temperature.

6 Maintenance Maintenance General The boiler does not require any special maintenance. However, the boiler must be serviced annually in accordance with the Installation and Service Manual and the relevant section of the Benchmark Service Record completed in order to maintain the warranty. Important Taking out a maintenance contract is recommended.
