When the noise in the working environment reaches a level that is disturbing and causing headaches, an auditory problem may occur. In this case, your ear muffs should be worn immediately.

    The welding machine can only be connected to the mains with a 16-amp delayed fuse with the plug on it. 1- KOLARC 400 AC; It must be connected to a three-phase, 380 V (AC) and 50-60 Hz network with 3 Phase and Ground lines.

    Covered Electrode Welding: Before starting welding, the following operations should be performed: 1- First determine the appropriate pole for the electrode used. You can find this information in the electrode data sheet. Then connect the welding cables to the outlets to match the selected pole. For example, if DC (+) is used, connect the electrode cable to the (+) outlet (4) of the machine and the grounding pliers to the ( -) outlet (3).

    Six Month Maintenance Clean the machine with air that is not too high pressure. Do not open the machine covers during cleaning. Contact the authorized service for annual maintenance. During the annual maintenance, continuity of the grounding and insulation control of the machine is required. Ask your annual maintenance report to include this data.
