Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check Damper Motor Voltages

Adjust thermostat in the
zone with dampers not
functioning, to call for
cool or heat.

Set meter to ac voltage,
and test power at
dampers while zone is
calling.

24VAC should be present
at C and PO when the
dampers are opening.
