To fix the third row seat strap issue in a 2019 Holden Trailblazer, ensure the following steps:

1. Guide the seatbelts through the belt holders as indicated.
2. If using child restraints, do not place them in the third row seats.
3. Use proper child restraint anchorages located behind the second row seatbacks.
4. If the issue involves cable routing or interference with the armrest, route cables using the provided recesses to prevent pinching when closing the armrest.

If the strap is damaged or not functioning correctly, it may need inspection or replacement.
