Pump Stand Operation - USC AT500H DUAL PUMP STAND Operator's Manual

Once the pumps have been calibrated, the panel settings will determine which pumps
will be used for each treatment run. After they are set, the rest of the treating process
will be controlled from the panel on the AT500 treater. For more information see the
AT500 treater operators manual TD-09-06-1034.
1. Check to be sure the Pump speed dials are set correctly and locked in place.
2. Turn the Pump Control switch to the AUTO position.
3. Put the toggle switch in the FORWARD position for the pumps that will be used for
the run. The pump stand will now be controlled by the treater.
4. When the treating process is complete, turn the Pump Control switch to the OFF
position.
5. Toggle the switch for each pump that was used in the reverse position.
6. Turn the Pump Control switch to the HAND position and let the pumps run until all
treatment has drained from the tubing back in to the mix tank(s). Turn the switch to
the OFF position.
