2b. Tap on Select Manually and after a few minutes, it will suggest a series of potential
networks. If Geoverse is not among them, tap on Select Automatically. After a loading
period, your phone should be on the Geoverse network.
Note: If the network still does not say Geoverse, go in and out of airplane mode and/or
power cycle the phone.
STEP 3

Verify Access Point Name (APN):

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
Check the Access Point Names to make sure it is correct. If not, or if there is no Access
Point Name, you may need to add one.
To add a new APN, follow these steps:
a. Click ADD
b. Name – The name does not affect the settings, but the field must be filled out.
c. APN – Geoverse.name and is specific to your company. Your customer support
representative can provide your APN if you do not have it.
