WendyLett4Way, Inco

WendyLett4Way with Inco is a sliding drawsheet that is used in combination with a WendyLett slide sheet. The sliding draw-
sheet, which is made from a highly absorbent material that can be laundered, is intended for users that are in need of incon-
tinence protection. The sliding drawsheet also has an anti-friction material on the underside, which facilitates repositioning
laterally as well as upwards and downwards on the bed.
Check Safety
Visual inspection
Check the condition and function of the assistive device
regularly. Always inspect the product after laundering.
Check to ensure that seams and material are free from
damage. Check to ensure that fabric is not worn or faded.
If there are signs of wear, the product must be discarded.
Friction test
Low friction - Ensure that the surface is smooth and slides
effortlessly. Compare with a new product.

Materials
The WendyLett4Way, Inco (1648) sliding drawsheet has a grey-checked pattern on the sides and an anti-friction, satin
material on the underside. The pattern indicates the direction of glide. The topside of the sliding drawsheet is made of a
soft, highly absorbent polyester material (Inco).
WendyLett4Way, Inco with handles (1649) has a topside that is fully covered with Inco material and an underside of anti-
friction material. There are seven handles along the edges of the both sides. On this product there is no grey-checked pat-
tern to indicate the direction of glide.
Be aware that there is a risk of the user
sliding out of bed. Raise the bed rails
before leaving the user.

The WendyLett slide sheet is placed with the shiny side in the
middle of the bed and with the WendyLett4Way, Inco on top.
WendyLett4Way, Inco is marked with a tag to show which
side should be placed upwards on the bed.
Caution! Never attempt to lift a user with
the handles on both sides of the sheet
simultaneously.
