Before servicing the tip or gun, and before

disassembling the gun, always turn

CAUTION
ALWAYS clamp the plastic parts of the gun in
padded vise jaws if the part must be held
securely.
ALWAYS lubricate the O-rings and the seals with
petroleum jelly.
ALWAYS remove the gun from the work site for
service or for repair. The service or repair area
must be clean.
Flush the gun as described in the Flushing section in the
gun's instruction manual. Leave the fluid hose discon-
nected from the gun.
Disconnect the High Voltage Cable and the switch
assembly from the gun and cover the High Voltage
Cable and switch wire assembly to prevent contamina-
tion.
NOTE:
The High Voltage Cable and switch wire

Check to see that the fluid tube (C) is loose at the fitting

Hold the gun actuator body with one hand and with the
other hand, pull the barrel (J) straight up to remove it.
