Modifications

The FCC requires the user to be notified that any changes or modifications
made to this device that are not expressly approved by the Manufacturer may
void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

Connections to Peripheral Devices

Connections to this device must be made with shielded cables with metallic
RFI/EMI connector hoods to maintain compliance with FCC Rules and
Regulations.

SAR Exposure

This device has been tested for compliance with FCC RF Exposure (SAR) limits
in typical flat configurations.

Declaration of Conformity

This device complies with Part 15 the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. The
antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in
conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
