Build Instructions http://www.ukcnc.net... - Page 7 Bolt in the two small side brushes with M4 x 8mm screws. Make sure magnets are facing upwards. Bolt in the two side brushes with M4 x 8mm screws.
- Page 8 Slide the flange adapter over the rubber adapter. Insert the M6 x 20mm screws to fasten the rubber adapter to the plate. Make sure the magnets in the plate are facing down.
- Page 9 Make sure the spindle is tightened off in the spindle holder before attaching the assembly. Align the holes of the brush plate with spindle holder and tighten off the M5 x 25mm screws.
- Page 10 The brush assembly can now be attached by lining up the magnets on each plate.
- Page 11 We supply two different sized clips with the Vac Boot kit, which are 32mm and 40mm to suit the size of your vacuum you are using. There are a number of M4 threaded holes on the Z-Axis plate so you can bolt down the hose and keep it secure.
