Connects to Controller #1 via a ribbon cable.
Information on the intensity and wavelength of the LED lamps.
Supplies power to the LED driver board.
Programming port for the LED driver board processor.
On = 24V supplied to LED driver board.
On = one or more bad LED lamps on the LED driver board (if in normal operating
mode).
On = There is NO communication from sign controller.
Off = There is communication from the sign controller.
Flashing = LED driver board processor operating.
