1. Changed resistor R27, R29, R31, R33 from 330R/0603 to 3.9K/0603;
also changed R28, R30, R32, R34 from 4.7K/0603 to 47K/0603 in order to
change the range of voltage on opto-isolators from 3-6V to 3-24V. Max
frequency now around 500Hz
