Maxcom S.A. declares under its sole responsibility that the mobile telephone GSM MM143 conforms
with the Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the
Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment and
conforms with key requirements of the Directive 1999/5/EC on Radio and Telecommunications
Terminal Equipment (R&TTE).
