Maxcom S.A. declares, under its sole responsibility, that the
mobile telephone MAXCOM MS553 confirms to the Directive
2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of
8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment and it also
confirms to the key requirements of the Directive 1999/5/EC -
R&TTE (Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment).
