How to read the clock display

[Numeric display] – Shows current time, wakeup time, time remaining before
automatic shutoff, station frequency, or volume setting.

Press to turn the unit off.
Hold down CLOCK SET and press

ON/OFF to "toggle" between AM/PM or
ON/OFF
military formats.
The display has two brightness settings,
one for normally lit rooms and one for
dimly lit rooms. The normal setting cannot
be adjusted. The dim setting automatically
adjust s as the room darkens. Or you can
adjust it by holding down CLOCK SET
VOLUME
while pressing either VOLUME control.
