  • Page 54 1. 软件启动时,可能会弹出如下界面,原因是软件扫描非网络机时采用串口通讯,所以启动时 会按照配置文件打开指定的串口,如果串口不存在或已被占用则会提示弹出该界面。如果是 扫描网络则不用理会该提示;如果是扫描非网络机,请正确设置串口。 2. 串号扫描软件界面请不要打开输入法,保持为英文输入状态,否则会影响扫描枪读取串号。 3. 扫描网络机时,因为电视使用网络与串号扫描软件通讯,所以请关闭电脑的网络防火墙软件 (包括杀毒软件的网络防火墙),否则电视可能无法获取数据。 4. 串号扫描软件使用了加密算法,部分杀毒软件可能会误报为病毒并自动删除 netfactory.exe, 需要在杀毒软件中把 netfactory.exe加入白名单,具体操作请参考杀毒软件使用说明。 5. 串号自动上传功能一般只授权给生产线,需在申请授权时填写,同时电脑需连接外网。 5.other 1 .
