I have an Xbox Series S, and it said my RTU5540-C did not have 4k.
Should I get a new HDMI or is it because only one port has 4k.
Please be specific on what HDMI. Thank you

Yes, the RCA RTU5540 supports 4K Ultra HD output, so it can display 4K content from an Xbox Series S. However, to get 4K resolution, you must use a high-speed HDMI cable that supports 4K. If your current HDMI cable does not support 4K, you may need to get a new one.

Thank you. Also mine doesn't exactly look like the one shown but it said RTU5540 C so I will assume it was an xbox issue. Also, is it a specific port?

Customer: we had a power outage that lasted 3 hours yesterday. my rca model RTU5540-b is stuck in some set up mode and keeps telling me to auto channel rescan which i have done over and over. I've unplugged, took off all cables, replugged in and put cables back on.

The RCA RTU5540 does not have a physical reset button. To reset it, you must use a sequence of remote control button presses: Turn the TV off and on, press Menu, then navigate using Right 3 times, Down 7 times, Right 1 time, then again Right 1 time to enable Text-to-Speech. Press Menu 3 times to exit, then press Menu + 1147, Down 5 times, OK, Down 3 times, OK. This will factory reset the TV.

The RCA RTU5540-C TV requires a set of six black metric machine screws. These screws are also compatible with the M6 VESA mounting bracket pattern and include split lock washers for secure installation. The screws are black oxide plated for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.

The picture blinking after the RCA RTU5540-D warms up could be caused by an internal hardware issue such as overheating or a failing video processing component. The issue with only one HDMI jack functioning may be due to a faulty HDMI port or a damaged internal connection.
