Hitachi CU-HD1300F-S3 is a camera control unit (CCU) designed for the newly developed three times high
speed camera SK-HD1300-S3. The CU-HD1300F-S3 has significantly reduced power consumption and
sophisticated function. The CU-HD1300F-S3 simultaneously provides both three times speed outputs
(1080i/720p）and normal speed outputs (1080i/720p/SD) to offer a flexible system operation.

Three times smoothly slow-motion playback combined with video server.
The CU-HD1300F-S3 provides 2 sets of 3 HD-SDI signals (LINK-A, LINK-B, and LINK-C) fed from three
times high speed camera head. These signals are compatible with the EVS and BLT HD slow motion video
servers.
■ Flexible acceptability to versatile video formats: HDTV, and SDTV

■ Built in, high-performance down converters
conventional down-converters for 720p and SD video are also built-in.
■ High reliability optical fiber transmission system
Standard SMPTE complex fiber cable which contains two single mode fibers, two power wires and two
control wires, interfaces between camera head and CCU, and ensures stable high-speed serial digital
transmission.
The cable length can be extended up to 4 km (excluding utility power).
