We have had the alert-it companion for 18 months and it doesn't seem to keep its charge. We are putting the wearable part on our daughter at midnight and the battery is drained by 5am setting off the alarm. Her seizures occur during waking so this is concerning for us. Is there a way to reset the sensor so the battery will last longer? Considering the price of this product it is disappointing that its failing after such a short time.
Thank you.

To reset the battery on the Alert-it Rhythm 24 (Pulse Companion), follow these steps:
1. Turn off the Pulse Companion. 2. Remove the base of the monitor to access the batteries. 3. Replace the 2x AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity as marked in the case. 4. Turn the monitor back on by holding the ••• button for 3 seconds.
This process does not extend battery charge duration but ensures proper battery replacement and reset.
