Step-by-Step Assembly Guide
for the WaterUps
This guide is designed to assist you with the assembly of your new WaterUps
What is in the kit?
The kit will come in 2 cardboard boxes.
Refer to the following list and the image
below for details of the contents.
Box 1 will contain:
1 8 x [Part ʻPʼ] wall panels
(654mm x 450mm);
2 4 x [Part ʻA1ʼ] short edge rails
(798mm long);
3 4 x [Part ʻA2ʼ] long edge rails
(1630mm long);
4 8 x [Part ʻLʼ] corner brackets;
5 100 x [Part ʻS0ʼ] nuts & bolts; and
6 35 x [Part ʻS1ʼ] nuts & bolts.
Box 2 will contain:
7 8 x WaterUps ® wicking cells;
8 1 x WaterUps ® clear PP reservoir
liner insert;
9 1 x WaterUps ® inlet pipe
10 1 x outlet pipe screw fi�ng

Important Note - The long side panels
fold around to create the corners.
Assembly Instruc�ons
1. Check that you have all of the
components listed above.
2. Peel the protec�ve plas�c off the
wall panels.
3. Locate the wall panel with the round
hole for the overflow pipe.
4. Place the long edge rail [Part 'A2'] on
the ground, or on a table so that you
don't have to bend too much, with
the side containing the holes for
bolts facing up.

5. Posi�on the wall panel with the
overflow pipe hole (green side up) to
align with the bolt holes in the long
edge rail as indicated in Figure 2.
Important Note - The 1st hole in the
long edge rail should align with the
2nd hole in the wall panel [Part 'A2']
with the hole. Refer Figure 2 below.
6. Connect the panel to the boom rail
with the nuts on the green side and
hand �ghten. Before a�aching the
last 2 nuts/bolts place the next wall
panel in posi�on so that it overlaps
as shown in Figure 3.
7. Overlap the wall panels as shown in
Figure 3.
8. Con�nue a�aching the wall panels
to the bo�om of the long boom
edge rail.
Note - You may find that you will
have to adjust the posi�on of the
holes in the wall panels slightly to
align with the holes in the rails.
9. Now a�ach the top rail [Part 'A2'].
10. Important - There is a sec�on of the
wall panel that extends past the end
of the rail on either side, which will
form the corner sec�on of the bed.
