When changing batteries, how can one swivel the light brack upside down? I can't even slide it back up off the wall mount.
The light bracket does not need to be swiveled upside down when changing batteries. Instead, to replace the battery, flip the lamp over and unscrew the battery compartment to remove and replace the Li-ion 3.2V/1500 mAh battery pack. Then close the compartment and re-install.
