Temperature calibration
The upper figure of the LCD indicates temperature and the lower figure indicates
humidity. The value is decreased by turning the respective volume control
counterclockwise and increased by turning it clockwise.
(1) Leave at 23°C, 0%, for 30 minutes.
(2) Use a flat head screwdriver to adjust VR1 to 23.0°C.

Humidity calibration
(1) Leave at 23°C, 60%, for 15 minutes.
(2) Adjust volume control VR4 to 60.0%.
(3) Leave at 23°C, 90% for 15 minutes.
(4) Adjust volume control VR5 to 90.0%.
(5) Leave at 23°C, 0%, for 30 minutes.
(6) Leave at 23°C, 20%, for 12 minutes.
(7) Adjust volume control VR3 to 20.0%.

Humidity accuracy check
Continued from section 6-2, step 7.
(1) Leave at 23°C, 30%, for 12 minutes.
(2) Check the accuracy at 30%. The acceptable range is within ±2%.
(3) Leave at 23°C, 60%, for 15 minutes.
(4) Check the accuracy at 60%. The acceptable range is within ±2%.
(5) Leave at 23°C, 90%, for 15 minutes.
(6) Check the accuracy at 90%. The acceptable range is within ±2%.

Application of locking solution
Volume control locations
Apply locking solution to VR1, 3, 4, and 5.
