Connecting Probes
Match the convex part of plug and concave part of

socket and insert the plug of the probe into the
connector socket.
Turn the nut clockwise to tightly fasten.

To remote the probe, turn the nut counterclockwise

to loosen and pull the plug straight toward you.
How to use the clip
Pass through the sensing stem to the holes of clip.
(Refer to the right figure)
Fasten the sensing stem with the clip in edge of such a pot.
* If the sensing stem is not locked, expand the plates on both sides.
Cautions
 Be sure to use the probe within the specified measuring range. Using it out of the range can cause
measuring failures or damages.
 Be careful not to get a burn. The stainless-steel stem of the probe and clip become extremely hot
when measuring high temperature. Wait until the temperature falls down before storing.
 Make sure to insert only the sensing stem into measuring object. Never immerse the probe into
water except the sensing part.
 Never disassemble or modify the probe.
 Do not apply any shocks to the probes. Doing so may cause measuring failures.
