Adding the hard drive (HDD)

Parallel (IDE) hard drive connections are not available on this
computer's main board, so you cannot use parallel (IDE) hard
drives with it.

Lie the computer on its side and open the cover.

Remove the two screws securing the hard drive bracket.

Slide the hard drive bracket in the direction of arrow
pull it in the direction of arrow

Remove power cables or signal cables connecting the current
hard drive.

The picture above is upside down to show the cable locations
on the hard drive bracket.
When disconnecting the power cable and signal cable, be
sure to push each latch to remove.
The connection ports may be damaged if this is not done.
