Instruction
KIT ASSEMBLY
Do the following to assemble the kit.
® Disconnect the burner from the electrical mains.
® Open the burner as described in the instruction manual
with this document.
® Install the components of the kit as described below:
- remove the flame funnel (1), keeping the three fixing
screws for the new one (1a) (fig. A);
- undo the two screws with washers (2) and detach the
shutter (3) (fig. A);
- replace the bracket (4) with the new one (5), provided in
the kit, after removing the screws (13);
- dismantle the air diffuser-diffuser disc (15) from the
support (6) undoing the nuts (7) (fig. A);
- dismantle the electrodes from the support (6) by undoing
the two screws (14), keeping them safe for their later
refitting (fig. A);
- dismantle the block (11) undoing the screws (12);
- replace the extensions (8) with those (8a) provided in
the kit and fit them to the spray holders (9) (fig. B);
- insert the electrode support 10, into the extensions (8a),
as far as the stop (fig B);
- insert the block (11) into the extensions (8a), as far as
the support stop (10), then fix it with the screws (12)
supplied (fig. B);
- refit the previously removed electrodes on the support
(10) (Fig. B), making sure that you comply with the
dimensions shown (in figure C);
- Replace the electrode connections (16) with those (16a)
supplied in the kit (fig. B);
- refit the air diffuser-diffuser disc (15) on the support (10)
by using the nuts (7) (fig. A);
- screw the shutter (3) to the new bracket (5 )with the two
screws with washer (2) (fig. B);
- fit the flame funnel (1a) supplied in the kit (fig. B).
Note: The screws and nuts must be screwed up with a
tightening torque of 1.2 +/-0.2 Nm.

Instruction
MONTAGE DU KIT
Pour monter le kit effectuer les opérations suivantes.
® Débrancher le brûleur du réseau d'alimentation électrique.
® Ouvrir le brûleur de la manière décrite dans le manuel
d'instruction fourni.
® Installer les composants du kit en suivant les instructions
ci -après:
- enlever le cône flamme (1), en conservant les trois vis
de fixation pour le neuf (1a) (fig. A);
- dévisser les deux vis avec rondelle (2) et décrocher
l'obturateur (3) (fig. A);
- remplacer la bride (4) par la neuve (5), fournie avec le
kit, après avoir enlevé la vis (13);
- démonter le groupe diffuseur d'air-accroche flamme (15)
du support (6) en dévissant les écrous (7) (fig. A);
- démonter les électrodes du support (6) en dévissant les
deux vis (14) et en les conservant pour le remontage
(fig. A);
- démonter le bloc (11) en dévissant les vis (12);
- remplacer les rallonges (8) par celles (8a) fournies avec
le kit, et les monter sur les porte-gicleurs (9) (fig. B);
- insérer dans les rallonges (8a), jusqu'à la butée, le
support des électrodes (10) (fig. B);
- insérer dans les rallonges (8a), jusqu'à la butée du
support (10), le bloc (11), puis le fixer avec les vis (12)
(fig. B);
- remonter les électrodes démontées auparavant sur le
support (10) (fig. B), en ayant soin de respecter les
dimensions reportées sur la figure (C);
- remplacer les branchements des électrodes (16) par
ceux (16a) fournis avec le kit (fig. B);
- remonter le groupe diffuseur d'air-accroche flamme 15)
sur le support (10) avec les écrous (7) (fig. B);
- visser l'obturateur (3) à la nouvelle bride (5) moyennant
les deux vis avec rondelle (2) (fig. B);
- remonter le cône flamme (1a) fourni avec le kit (fig. B).
Note: Les vis et les écrous doivent être vissés avec un
couple de serrage correspondant à 1,2 +/-0,2 Nm.
