Always switch off the appliance
before unplugging it.
Periodically inspect the power
cord for damage.
Protect the device and cable
plug against contact with water
or other liquids. In an event of
the device falling into water, im-
mediately unplug the cable and
then have the device inspected.
Do not move the device while it
is in operati on.
The metal parts of the device
become hot during use, do not
touch the metal parts of the
device with bare hands!
The level of water in the de-
vice shall be between MIN and
MAX marks. Too low or too high
level of water may damage the
device.
The temperature of surfaces
may be higher when the appli-
ance is in use.

GENERAL INFORMATION

SOUS VIDE
(French for "under vacuum") refers
to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag,
then cooking it to a very precise temperature
in a water bath. This lets you keep the most
of the nutriti onal values, vitamins and minerals
in your food. The whole cooking process takes
place at low yet suffi cient temperature and
precisely set ti me.
The precision cooker lets you precisely monitor
and control the cooking ti me and temperature.
The appliance has a water pump to ensure that
the food is being heated equally on each side.
The following equipment is required for sous
vide cooking:
Precision cooker – for precise control of
the water temperature, cooking ti me and
circulati on inside the pan.
Vacuum sealing device – plasti c bags
sealing device with air sucti on.
Plasti c bags or a plasti c tunnel
Any tall container made of metal or glass
and 4 to 15 litres in volume.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove the cooker from the box, discard
any bags, sti ckers and polystyrene fi llers.
2. Check the device for damages during trans-
port and contact the seller in case of doubt.
3. Clean the device housing and heater cover
with damp cloth and then wipe dry.
4. Check the correct fi xing of the heati ng
element cover and water pump housing.
5. Verify that your power mains match the
nameplate rati ngs of the cooker.
PLACING THE COOKER INSIDE
THE PAN
1. Select the correct saucepan and place it
on a hard, dry, stable and level surface.
The saucepan volume should be from
4 and 15 litres.
CAUTION! Only use metal or glass containers
for water.
