Blueberry-Strawberry-Mango Juice
Major Nutrients: Antioxidants
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup (≈5) strawberries, halved
1 ripe mango (≈1 lb.)
Peel and deseed mango and chop into 2 cups of cubes. Add ingredients to juicer. Thin
with water if desired. Serve chilled.

Vegetable Juices

Carrot Juice
Major Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, G
Ingredients:
12 large carrots
Cut stalks off carrots and divide into 1- to 2-inch long pieces. Add ingredients to
juicer.
Carrot-Tomato Juice
Major Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, G, E
Ingredients:
8 large carrots
2 beefsteak tomatoes (≈7 oz. each)
Cut stalks off carrots and divide into 1- to 2-inch long pieces. Slice tomatoes into
wedges. Add ingredients to juicer.
Cucumber-Ginger Juice
Major Nutrients: Vitamins A, C, K; Potassium
Ingredients:
1 English cucumber
1-inch piece of ginger (½ oz.)
Peel and chop cucumber into chunks. Add ingredients (with ¼ cup water) to juicer. If
desired, thin with additional water. Serve chilled.
