Operation

Danger of injury. Wear suit-
able clothing and work gloves
when working with the de-
vice. Make sure that the device
is functioning properly before
every use. Make sure that the
collection bag and the tube
are assembled correctly and
the carrying strap is adjusted
correctly for work. If a switch
should be damaged, work
with the device must not be
carried out any longer. Make
sure that the mains voltage
values are compatible with the
label on the device.

regulations.
After switching off the device,
the impeller wheel continues to
rotate for some time. Danger
of injury due to rotating tool.

Initial Operation

Before switching on device, make
sure it is not in contact with any ob-
jects. Ensure stable positioning.
The device can only be switched on
if the entire blower / suction tube
is correctly mounted. The impeller
wheel cover must be closed and the
attachment screws must be tightened.

1. Make a loop of the end of the ex-
tension cord and fasten this to the
cable support (15). By means of
this tension relief, an unintentional
pull-out of the electrical plug con-
nection is avoided.
2. Put on the carrying strap (1) and
adjust it to the optimum length.
3. Open the quick-release fastener
(7) and move the additional grip
(6) to the desired position. Re-
close the quick-release fastener.
4. Make sure that the device is
switched off and connect the de-
vice to the mains voltage.
5. In order to select the operation
mode, turn the operation mode
selector (16) to the symbol re-
quired.
Before changing the operating
mode, it is absolutely necessary
that the device be switched off.

6. For switch-on, slide the on/off
switch (10) into position "l", the
device starts up.
To switch off, slide the on/off
switch (10) into position "0", the
device switches off.
7. With the airstream regulator (9)
set the optimal blowing and suck-
ing strength.
8. During operation, hold the device
with one hand on the casing grip
and the other on the additional
grip. Grip the handles inside of
the vibration-dampened areas
fitted with vibration dampers (
26 + 27).
Always work at the lowest possible
motor rpm level, since the noise
level and power consumption both
increase / decrease with motor out-
put.
