Troubleshooting

No sound or faint sound
• Check the headphone cable connection
to your device.
• Check the volume on your device and
in your media application.
• Restart your media application.
• Use the smartphone adapter with
your smartphone if low notes (bass)
and voice do not sound full, rich,
and present or if background sounds are
not well mixed and they fade in and out.
• For live chat on PCs with headphone
and microphone jacks, use the Y-cable
adapter. See "Set up your product."

Headphones not working with a computer
• Specify audio settings for your operating
system:
Mac® OS X Go to System Preferences >
Sound:
• Output tab: Choose internal speakers.
Then adjust Output volume and
deselect Mute.
• Input tab: Choose internal
microphone. Then adjust output
volume and deselect mute.
Windows® 7 Go to Start > Control Panel
> Sound > Playback:
1. Choose your computer's speakers.
2. Go to Properties > Levels, and then:
• Adjust volume for speakers and
deselect mute.
• Adjust volume for microphone
and deselect mute.
