• TCAS II
o From the Home screen of either GTC 570, select the transponder button in the
upper right part of the screen. TCAS II option is loaded if there are 5 buttons on
the left side of the screen. Otherwise, TCAS I is loaded. Also, there should be an
unlock SD card present. Note: First image is TCAS I, and second image is TCAS II.
• Windshear
o The Windshear option can be determined by viewing the PFD during power up.
During the self test, there should be a 'WNDSHR TEST' white message just to the
right of the airspeed tape. Also, there should be an unlock SD card present.
• Doppler & Turbulence
o From the Home screen of either GTC 570, select the Weather button. Then select
Weather Selection button. Select the WEATHER RADAR SETTINGS button and the
TURBULENCE DETECTION button will be visible. Also, there should be an unlock
SD card present.
