Bunte Gemüsepfanne
1 große Zwiebel, gewürfelt
1-2 Knoblauchzehen, gepresst
2 EL ÖI
400 g Gemüse der Saison (Auberginen, Zucchini, Paprika tricolore, Stangensellerie und
Champignons)
ein paar schwarze und grüne Oliven, gehackt
Meersalz & Pfeffer
1 EL Petersilie, gehackt
1 EL Schnittlauch, geschnitten
25 g Edamer, gerieben
Zubereitung:
Zwiebel und Knoblauch auf dem Tablemaster glasig braten.
Auf mittlere Hitze (Stufe 2-3) zurückschalten, das Gemüse dazugeben und weiter
anbraten, zuletzt die Tomaten dazugeben. Alles bis zur Bissfestigkeit schmoren lassen!
Dabei öfters umrühren und vermischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Den geriebenen Käse gleichmäßig über das Gemüse verteilen und bei geringer Hitze
schmelzen lassen.
