Page 9: Setting Up The Unit
The device can now be set as desired, using the menu display or the included remote control. The remote control allows you to control the ComPar 2 when it's set to stand-alone mode, or when it's connected in a master-slave setup. This way, standard colour presets, colour fades, sound-controlled modes, etc. can be selected. - Page 10 To use the master/slave mode, connect two ComPar 2 fixtures using a standard 3P XLR male - 3P XLR female cable (not included). Connect the DMX output of the master to the DMX input of the slave unit.

DMX: The ComPar 2 can be connected to a DMX controller with standard 3p XLR male - XLR female cable. - Page 13 Installation and connection requirements The Ayra ComPar 2 is a versatile product that can be used in many ways. To use this device as intended and to be sure that it is used in a safe way, the following requirements must be met during the setup, installation and connection.
- Page 14 The output of the ComPar 2 can handle a maximum power of 2,000 W. This equals around 8.9 A based on a 230V AC, 50Hz connection. A maximum of 100 ComPar 2 fixtures can be daisy-chained from the main ComPar 2 device.
